We install a compacted aggregate base, apply hot-mix asphalt in the appropriate thickness for your traffic load, and finish with professional line striping and ADA-compliant markings.

For existing lots that need attention, we offer full resurfacing (overlay), targeted patch repairs, crack sealing, sealcoating, and re-striping. We can also redesign your lot layout to maximize parking capacity or improve traffic flow.

We understand that downtime costs your business money. That’s why we offer phased construction and off-hours scheduling so portions of your lot stay open during the project. We work with retail centers, apartment complexes, churches, medical offices, and industrial properties across Delaware.
